Modern steam rooms offer a luxurious, rejuvenating experience using moist heat to relax muscles, open pores, and promote wellbeing. Unlike saunas, which use dry heat at higher temperatures, steam rooms are typically maintained at around 45°C, delivering a gentler but deeply penetrating warmth.

Steam is generated by a high-performance steam generator that boils water and channels the resulting vapour into the room.

The result is a warm, humid environment ideal for relaxation, recovery, and respiratory health.
